Shipping & Refund Policy

This policy outlines shipping timelines, refund eligibility, and how to contact us about order issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping
Processing Time

Orders are processed after your provider approves your treatment plan. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, after which your medication is compounded and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of approval. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the compounding pharmacy fulfilling your order.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Refunds
Clinical Services

Clinical service fees (provider evaluation fees) are non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your case, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

Medications

Compounded medications are custom-made to your prescription and cannot be returned or resold. As such, all medication sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@direction.co within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing cycle. Cancellations after a charge has been processed are not eligible for a refund for that billing period. Reach out to support@direction.co if you need assistance.
